Tony Melton
Vice President and Chief Engineer
Mr. Melton has more than twenty five years experience as a program manager for a wide range of industries. He has working knowledge of the aerospace, automotive, electronics, security and the inspection (specifically, NDE) industries.
In his fifteen plus years of developing imaging systems Mr. Melton has developed a wide range of x-ray imaging system and optical imaging systems. Mr. Melton’s x-ray imaging experience includes systems from low energy (120–225 KeV) high resolution microfocus systems to very large (15–17 MeV) systems. These imaging systems have implemented a wide range of imaging techniques from high magnification x-ray microscopes to 3D computer tomography systems.
Mr. Melton has been able to successfully transition his skills from developing complex imaging systems to integrating large scale complicated security systems. These systems include the integration of CCTV, x-ray, radiation detection, metal detection, explosives detection, and access control systems.
Mr. Melton has developed multi-million dollar projects for the DOE, DOD, Commercial markets and the Indian Railways. These projects have a history of being on time and under budget.
